Fifth Auto Loans Securitisation Fund of BBVA.
On Monday the 18th we did Incorporate the fifth Auto Loans Securitisation Fund of BBVA. With an issuance amount of EUR 804.0 million structured in six tranches, the junior classes (D, E and Z) were partially subscribed by an investor. The seller takes advantage of the current market conditions for these type of assets, re-opens an alternative funding source in contrast to the so extended ECB collateral approach and optimizes its regulatory capital.
