Twenty-second Securitisation Fund (17º RMBS) incorporated and managed by EdT, backed by assets assigned by a Spanish credit union.
On 12th of December of 2018 we incorporated a new Securitisation Fund with mortgage loans granted by real estate mortgage securites assigned to the deal by Caja Rural de Aragón S. Coop. de Crédito (Bantierra), led by Banco Cooperativo Español.
It represents the twelfth participation of Bantierra as Originatior in Securitisation Funds in order to obtain liquid assets with the aim of being used as guarantee with the Eurosistem.
Two Bonds Series have been issued for 255 million euros, having been rated by DBRS and Moody´s those corresponding to the Senior Series.
