Europea de Titulización has established CARS ALLIANCE AUTO LOANS SPAIN 2026 FT, a new securitisation transaction under its management, backed by auto loans originated by RCI Banque S.A., Spanish Branch, operating under the Mobilize Financial Services brand. This is RCI Banque’s second securitisation transaction in Spain.
The transaction marks a new milestone for Mobilize Financial Services by combining funding diversification and regulatory capital optimisation objectives within a single structure. Strong investor demand enabled the transaction to be upsized from the initially envisaged amount to a final issuance of €890.2 million.
The Fund, established under Spanish law and whose prospectus was registered with the CNMV on 6 October 2026, is backed by a granular portfolio of loans granted for the purchase of new and used vehicles. The issuance comprises five classes of notes, all of which were placed with institutional investors, including €800 million of Class A Notes, rated AAA by both Fitch and S&P and carrying a margin of 60 basis points over one-month Euribor.
